I am really enjoying Antonio's Tai Chi classes. He teaches with the perspective of sharing the philosophy behind Tai Chi and Qi Gong in a supportive and friendly way.

I would like to recommend Antonio as a Tai Chi instructor. As a cancer patient, Antonio helped me prepare for an 11 hour operation. Post-operatively, I found that Antonio's Tai Chi lessons often coincided with increases in my energy levels and sense of well being. I have been visiting Body in Harmony with an arthritic knee and odd leg length I was lined up for a replacement knee. Antonio very quickly made an impact on both of these issues and now there is no inflammation and the pain and stiffness has reduced by at least 70 percent. Antonio's skills are remarkable. I went to Antonio with pain in my lower back, shoulder pain and neck pain. Antonio has managed to manipulate the back muscles so that I no longer have pain in my back and shoulders, and my neck is getting better all the time. I highly recommend Antonio's services to anyone. He's a master at his profession.

I was having back spasms/stiffness due to heavy lifting and Antonio allocated a time for me that evening after his busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. His treatment gave relief and I had more movement the following day. Antonio has a genuine, professional approach to a range of treatments. He also gave good advice on stretches I could do at home.
