I had a medical massage for neck and back tension done by Cheryl, and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist was skilled, professional, and focused on the areas causing me pain. I've been going to Body in Gear for a couple years as they help keep me as pain-free as my martial arts training will allow. Thanks to Body in Gear's customized care approach for me, I avoided a surgery and regained full shoulder mobility. Excellent deep tissue massage in a clean, peaceful, comfortable, space. Friendly, welcoming staff. I also had the opportunity to dry dry needling with Brandon. It has been a game changer for my post back surgery & sciatic numbness and pain. Also helpful for migraine tension. All around a great experience.
