Body in Gear Wellness is the best! They are always so attentive and focus on exactly the areas I need work on. I have found that the best relief for my neck and shoulders is an appointment at Body in Gear. The facility is always clean, quiet and peaceful, I am always so relaxed at the end of my visits
Any time I have a knot or issue Zac and his team are able to fix it. Zac and Nick are able to locate the problem muscle and area. Once located, the tension/ knot fades away. I highly recommend!
