It’s not often you find a physiotherapist so knowledgeable, supportive and effective as Albert from Body in Balance, the careful assessment and confidence he provides are just wonderful!
Albert has helped me so much post surgery. I was on prescription pain medication for around 9 months after a complex pelvic surgery and had ongoing debilitating SI and pelvic pain at age 49 with four children. Albert within the first month had me off pain meds, the second I am now building core strength and muscle , walking 12-14K steps daily , no pain ... and recently started doing weight bearing exercises. Finding a good physio is more difficult than it may seem on the surface level. Having had a history of multiple injuries and knee surgeries, I have made a conscious effort to be proactive this year rather than ignore the signs and form bad habits.
