Foot massage. Lady put my chair back up so I was sitting upright. Kept going up and down my leg not massaging my feet at all. Then I tried to tell her foot massage and she said she doesn’t speak English called reception lady. I said 10 mins on my shin and calf I said foot massage. Foot massage was crap all she did was he knuckle up and down bottom foot in the one spot the whole time or finger circling my ankles. Went in for a relaxation massage and left angry and annoyed. Worst massage I've ever spent money on. Massage therapists phone was in her pocket and kept vibrating with notifications. Pressure was either non-existent to elbows shoved in my back. Will not be back.
Wish i read the reviews. Waste of $90 for the lady to strech my limbs and put pressure on me. Not enough pressure or techneique/skill had to ask to do my neck and to stop strecking as it was not what i paid for. Was not relaxed the whole time! Possibly worst massage iv ever had! Left during massage multipule times. I would like a response from managment.

Wasn't very happy. Asked both the person at the front and the lady doing the massage to get my neck and shoulders done. She did my back only, didn't touch the neck and barely the shoulders. Asked twice and nothing barely felt it. Waste of money and time. Told the guy at the front she didn't do my neck or shoulders, he shrugged his shoulders and just asked if I wanted water. I will not be back.
