Towel over the body felt damp, linen on the massage table smelt like mildew. Masseur had sharp nail on one hand and it felt like they were digging it into me. Also poor communication between the front staff and masseur who didn’t speak very good English and didn’t target the areas that I had specified.
Disappointing. I had been attending here for years, in the last few months since the new counter lady has taken over from the lovely and honest man who used to occupy the position it has gone down hill severely. Be careful, she continually tries to put the price up by $5, or charge the remedial fee even if you’re not claiming for remedial, ontop of the oil or massage. Body Bliss! Body Haven has been around quite a long time. It is conveniently located near the entrance to Westfield opposite Blue Car Park. Like many of these places it can largely depend on the various massage therapists working there. Many are overseas students studying in Australia. Worst reflexology I’ve ever had. I’ve never had an issue up until new owners took over and their workers. I was being stroked the entire time? I wasted $85 here today leaving so unsatisfied and disappointed. Never again! Do not recommend
