Ryan rcvd a massage a few months ago and very much enjoyed the massage, he wanted to barter with me. His gift cert was used for his massage. He booked another massage a couple weeks ago, I had to cancel early that morning, not only his massage but all massage of the day. I want to share my wonderful experiences I have had with Donna. I have been going to Donna for massages for 3 years. She really knows her stuff. I am a medical provider and have received massages my whole life for a chronic illness so I have experienced many massages. Donna individualizes the massage to the needs of the client. I’m writing this review for two reasons. The first being that I too am a business owner and truly appreciate the importance of good business practices especially in regards to customer care. The second reason is that I have never in my life had such an awful experience as a customer as I did today. I have been in to see Donna once before as my wife and I were given two gift certificates as part of a wedding gift. I used one a few months ago and thought Donna did a relatively good job.
