I love this place, Liz is very direct, professional and attentive to your needs. I went there extremely bloated initially thinking one session would do it but bought a 4 session package. She is a natural healer and will invest in you. Never going anywhere else. If I do my part with exercise and nutrition she’ll make sure you get snatched!!!
Liz is amazing and I can see a big difference in only 5 sessions. I would not go anywhere else.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt so welcomed. Liz was very thorough throughout the whole session. I’ve done cavitation and infrared therapy before but I have never been walked through or explained the process step by step.
