I had a problem with my original visit and Kristen cleared it up immediately and focused on what I needed most. She is very accommodating and cares about clients.The staff are also kind and supportive, great atmosphere
When i got there it was a very chill environment. The staff that greeted me was very friendly. It was my first time having a massage. I was irritated that I waited 20mins past my appointment. However, the staff was more than apologetic and extremely helpful. They gave me the full 80 mins I scheduled and was even nice enough to go out and recharge the meter.
