I began treatment with Esther 3 years ago, as I suffered from back pain due to office work. She offered advice regarding my desk set up and demonstrated exercises and stretches to ease the pain. Within a few treatments my pain massively improved and I no longer get the awful back pain I suffered with for so long. I now see Esther for regular maintenance treatment and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for effective treatment of back pain. Thanks so much 😄

Charlotte is great, I've had two sessions with her for different injuries and she identified both problems straight away. The treatments worked brilliantly and I left feeling much better after both visits. I'd highly recommend Body Engineering!
