Sam was recommended by a friend who know her massages! He's a great practitioner and very knowledgeable about the body. Another positive was his introduction to FeetUp. With his simple clear training , Sam guided me through an amazing workout routine. You can do so much more than just headstands. I highly recommend Sam for massage work and also the FeetUp training.
