Absolutely unprofessional. This business owner in my opinion is now a thief and a fraud. If you can not maintain your business then simply shut down your website instead of taking customers money and you not showing or calling your client to explain anything. Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment several weeks ago showed up and she’s MIA.
