I like the small class format because you more easily get to know your workout mates! Laurie offers lots of class types and has equipment for absolutely everything you can think of. She's welcoming and personable and incredibly helpful. Classes fill up quickly but only because they're small due to the space constraints. Sometimes others open up and you just gotta jump on them! I hope to continue attending classes here for a long time!

I love this place! The workouts are great, the fellow members are fun, and Laurie is an awesome instructor. There is a wonderful variety of classes and always lots of options so I can work at the level I feel that day – sometimes I do a hybrid of the options! Laurie is a highly trained leader and she tailors the classes to the needs of the participants. She always provides positive encouragement, and a great smile to cheer us on. I highly recommend Body Connections to anyone who wants a great workout experience.

I highly recommend Body Connections Fitness & Massage. Whether you are looking for a massage therapist or a sound fitness program, Body Connections has it all. All bodies are not the same and Laurie develops all of her programs based on individual clients needs backed by her educational background. Body Connections offers a wide variety of fitness programs for all bodies, all levels of fitness and all ages - ALL inclusive. This is not a big box gym - it is a community of providing safe functional exercise for all.
