I have been doing pilates classes here for a long time. Always I enjoy my time, they have very good professionals. It is price worthy as I awkward feel better after class. Super recommend if you are looking for a peaceful place and work with high quality professionals.
I saw Fernando today, what a legend. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable practitioner. Not only he cares about treating the physical pain but he also explains the process and the reasons behind your pain. If you are looking for someone to fix you up It's definitely him.
Wow. What amazing staff, Adriana you are a magician and wonderful friend. I came to Body Connection for exercise and assistance with recovery from a broken foot.
