Extremely disappointed and feeling so robbed by this clinic. Let me start by saying the girls are LOVELY, there is no issue with staff kindness. Now, I began at Body Catalyst early last year. Initially I wanted fat freezing. I came into my first appointment and the machine failed. The therapist advised me she thought HIFU would be a better option for me anyway, so we went ahead with that instead. I trusted her opinion. I recently visited Body Catalyst for my skin concerns as I have really bumpy , rough dry skin . I had a skin peel treatment As a guy , I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect going in, but the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. After the facial treatment my skin felt and looked hydrated and smoother! A very positive experience and I am looking forward to my next treatment here ! Highly recommend.
Really happy with my experience at Body Catalyst Ivanhoe. I initially came in for a free consultation and left with so much valuable knowledge- it’s been a huge help on my weight loss journey. I was then booked in for my first ever cryotherapy ( fat freezing) session, which was recommended for a stubborn area on my abdomen, and the results have been amazing!! Highly recommend coming here !!
I started at the clinic about two months ago and couldn’t be happier with the service. If I could give the team more than five stars, I would. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and like the best version of myself. If you haven’t booked yet, you’re seriously missing out!
