I invested around $3k here and while some aspects were fine, my biggest issue was with the progress photos. They told me I’d receive them, but after my sessions nothing came through. I had to remind them a week or two later, and then again another week after that, before I finally got anything. When I did, the photos weren’t the originals, they had been cut out and placed on a different background.
