Patricia did a few procedures for me and the results were amazing. Highly recommended.

I requested a refund for the unused sessions, but was told there were no refunds — something I was never informed of or shown before paying. When I asked about the refund, I was told a sign was posted on the wall, but I was never shown any written agreement or refund policy in advance. I followed up by email and received no response.
