EDIT: Erin did reach out to me and was very kind and understanding. She even offered a refund. I want to comment that the place is very nice and Erin is very kind. It just again wasn’t the experience I was expecting. I changed my Stars. I was so excited about getting the Japanese Hair Spa done. Saw so many videos on IG and knew I had to try this. I came here for my first ever Japanese head spa treatment and feel like my life was changed! I think it was the most relaxed I have ever felt in my entire life. The location has a great set up - very quiet and cozy, and the team was super friendly and welcoming. I saw Erin for my treatment and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. I cannot wait to go back!
First facial and I loved the experience! Can’t wait to come back! Erin was so kind and I can’t wait to try all the new tips and tricks she gave me to take care of my skin!

Erin and team are amazing! Our group of girlfriends wanted permanent jewelry to celebrate 20+ years of friendship! Erin truly made this the best experience - we laughed so much and learned about all of her amazing services while Luna created our jewelry - bracelets and a necklace.
