What a lovely experience! I had the Japanese Head Spa treatment, which felt like a treat for myself. Erin was super personable and helpful. I can’t wait to try some of the other offerings!
Love it here!!!! I’ve had quite a few services, from facials to waxing & every service has been outstanding!!! The space is gorgeous, relaxing, and very clean! It’s also designed so cutely!! The owner Erin is amazing, and such a great guide to helping you to determine which services will benefit you best! Can’t wait to come back for more!
I had my lashes lifted and tinted by Erin, and she was the absolute best! So sweet and personable, she made me feel so comfortable and walked me through everything. I will definitely be coming back to try different treatments!
EDIT: Erin did reach out to me and was very kind and understanding. She even offered a refund. I want to comment that the place is very nice and Erin is very kind. It just again wasn’t the experience I was expecting. I changed my Stars. I was so excited about getting the Japanese Hair Spa done. Saw so many videos on IG and knew I had to try this. I came here for my first ever Japanese head spa treatment and feel like my life was changed! I think it was the most relaxed I have ever felt in my entire life. The location has a great set up - very quiet and cozy, and the team was super friendly and welcoming. I saw Erin for my treatment and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. I cannot wait to go back!
