Emily gives a personalized massage. She is very educated on physical well being. She gives a lot of very helpful advice and tips. You can't go wrong in her care. I was recommended by a friend who loves her service as well.
I went to Emily because I was looking for a massage therapist who also did fascia work. What I got was so much more! When I left my first session I felt amazing, like my body was fluid and spacious. She continues to show me how I can feel better and better as we continue to work together. I highly recommend her. Emily is an exceptional practitioner and the St. Joesph community is very lucky to have someone of her skillset! She is incredibly attentive to your body's needs and will go above and beyond to ensure you feel leaving better than you came in - both physically and mentally! Truly the best massage therapist I have ever encountered and an incredibly kind and caring person to boot. Emily is very gifted in what she does and I cannot recommend her enough.
