I have regularly scheduled appointments. These appointments assist me on my well care journey. Having energy work helps my body stay in balance and also alerts me when I am out of balance.
Meeting Emily has been a gift from my soul. I’m sure she’s come into my life to allow me to transform. Transform is a powerful word and I use it with deep respect and humbleness.
