My partner and I recently visited your day spa for a facial and massage, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. For the cost of the service, I would have expected a more professional, quality experience, and also a better quality product. Also, unknown to me when I made the booking, I was also charged a 10% surcharge as it was on Easter Saturday - which I was not made aware of prior to the booking being made - only upon payment at the end of the service.
