Lovely neighborhood gym!!!
Come here at least three times a week at different times and it's never too busy, which is great for using the weights and equipment. It's not the most fashionable gym, but you're coming here to work towards a better, healthier you, not to look pretty in the mirror. Andre and the trainers are good people too, always welcoming and giving pointers whenever it's necessary. If you're looking for a local gym, this is the place.
I love this gym it's comfortable it perfect but it's perfect for me to come to a small community gym that feels like a home where the people that's there help each other work out the owner Andre does his damn best to make sure you get the best work out I love it if you don't want a gym where you are wondering what should you do please come here it's not a place where the decor is the best but the people there make it feel like home... I been there now for 4 day to this date and I wouldn't trade it for the world
