After four years as a customer, I am extremely disappointed to say that I will no longer be returning following my most recent experience. I arrived wearing Meta smart glasses and briefly used the AI assistant. The staff member noticed the indicator light and assumed I was recording her. Am quite a regular I come here every few weeks I came at approximately 12:08 today it says you guys close at 1am on the sign, i ring the doorbell multiple times no answer, I call several times still no answer even tho I clearly hear someone in there! If you guys don’t take customers after 12am and turn off the sign and state that.
never had service this good tbh. if she’s available ask for Esme, she really made my experience unforgettable !
