Do yourself a favour and visit Naomi for a session. My whole body feels relaxed and renewed. Sensitive to what I need each time I visit; Naomi ensures your comfort at every step. The room is beautiful; the setting is tranquil. You won't be disappointed.
Pros: -Nice layout/space -Easy to book Cons: -Lack of clarity around boundaries, scope of practice and consent : came for remedial massage/bodywork, Naomi kept trying to bring in Somatic Experiencing tools & “trauma stuff”, even after I said I wanted to focus on bodywork and didn’t want to be talking. A space for the soul! I’ve had a few sauna sessions with Naomi and the setting, view, Bluetooth music, shower, cold towel and general vibe is just amazing! I can’t recommend enough the benefits of an infared sauna… I quite literally float out of there.
Naomi is an exceptional therapist . She is 100% present with me for the entire session. She is a highly skilled massage therapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner . The somatic sessions I have done with her have been life changing for me in the best way. She is the real deal
Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Naomi really listened to the issues I had and tailored a treatment. The studio is nestled in beautiful Thirroul bush land with views of the ocean. Just magical. The sauna at the end was the cherry on top. So relaxing!
