Body Balance has great therapists. Katie is incredible! She is my go-to therapist when I’m feeling stiff, sore, or in need of some wholesomeness and is always cheerful and kind. She is a treasure. Lincoln is fantastic, I went in with a very sore neck, shoulder and back and he was able to gently ease out the knots so I left feeling good and painfree. Mikael, in his gentle, encouraging and thorough manner, helped me understand where I was holding tension while he carefully released the knots until I was relaxed and wound down.
I saw Katie for the first time and she did an amazing job to listen to my needs and deliver a quality massage to cater for them. Highly recommend. Sad that I moved out of the area just as I found her.
Katie is FANTASTIC! I’ve had lower back pain for years. The last remedial masseur I went to see had made no difference to my back pain. Recently the pain was getting worse, making getting out of bed painful and not being able to bend down properly. After my appointment with Katie I had no more back pain . At my recent massage with Mikael, I found him to be thorough, professional and efficient. He was careful in checking for the appropriate level of pressure to use, which is not something that all massage therapists do. I would be happy to recommend him, and look forward to my next opportunity for treatment with him.
