I highly recommend heading to Body Balance and seeing Mikael. Mikael was very friendly, highly skilled, and my body felt a lot better for the visit. They also provided a safe and calm space as a first time client. 5 stars, no notes!

For remedial massage to be effective requires that the massage therapist is able to tune their work finely to suit the client's individual needs and circumstances. I am pleased to say that over several weeks now Mikael has been able to do this to perfection. I suffer from severe sciatica and remedial massage is the only way I have found of snatching a few days relief from the intense and often crippling pain. Thank you so much for what is an experience that makes so much difference to my quality of life.
Felt very comfortable with Mikael, and the pinch I was experiencing between my shoulders is feeling completely relieved. The space is quiet and private, and nicely heated. Will definitely be visiting again!
