I don't normally bother leaving bad reviews, but I've only had TERRIBLE experiences the last 2 times I've been here. Today I had hot stones just rubbed up my spine for at least 5 minutes, and then, half way through my treatment, they swapped therapists!! And despite asking both of them to work on my hip and forearm, I walked out of there the same way I walked in, in pain. They simply didn't understand what I needed. It's such a shame as they used to have one of the best masseurs I'd ever seen.
Mia is the best, did her job with her heart and genuinely wants to help the customer. Thanks Mia. All the best.
Best experience all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. All our experts at massage. Have taken many friends there as a special treat. Look forward to going every week
Highly recommended Body & Balance 1.. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they all give great massages.. I always feel great when I leave here !!
Decent priced. Massage was good but didn’t like the fact that another lady working came in when I was getting my massage and started speaking loudly to my masseuse. Briefly detracted from my experience.
