I have been coming here regularly for years now and have never received a bad massage (and i am picky!). ALL their staff are highly skilled and well trained; vs other providers who are hit and miss depending on who you get. Each of their staff deliver their own individual style of massage, which to me demonstrates formal training; vs other providers where it's clear the owner / manager has taught them to provide the same generic, ineffective treatment. Service good
Filthy place, hideous service and zero return customer loyalty. I've been here many times and today's visit was the straw which broke the camels back! The "masseus" was loudly yelling in Chinese with other staff in the place, the chair was sticky with accumulated grime and the place stank like dirty feet and rotten fish. Needs a health department inspection. I doubt the therapists are even qualified either. I can't believe such places are allowed to run in Australia unchecked. What a filthy dump!
Decided on a last minute massage after going to the shops and had the most lovely lady who was so caring and sorted me right out. Reading the reviews I think people don’t realise their health insurance provides rebates and not at the business expense :)
One of the most terrible places to get a massage. I’ve been here twice, I had a bad experience in my first, but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried one more time, same experience. The second time I went for just Shoulders, Neck and Head, a 30 minute (non-remedial) massage. There is a short older lady with dark hair, she looks like she run the business, and she is absolutely horrible, she shouts at the customers if they don’t understand her (poor English).
