I've had a few problems over the last year with knees and achilles tendinitis which have been severe .From shock wave treatment ..physio exercises ..stretching etc..within a month after seeing Mark my ability just to walk without limping has given me a new lease on day to day movement ...His knowledge and professional expertise has given me a better understanding of how everything works..Thank you so much Mark ☺️
Update: 2026 Mark is an excellent physio who helped me recover from a shoulder injury that had dragged on for a few months. He knows his stuff. Understands the problem areas in the body & how to fix them

I had an excellent experience with Mark Waldron at Body Applications! From the moment I walked in, Angela, the receptionist, greeted me with such warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for my visit. Mark is an outstanding physiotherapist who relieved my symptoms almost immediately.
