I initially went to Body Applications for back pain after long walks, and Mark did a good job of getting on top of it very quickly. At the first session he gave a clear explanation of what the problem was, as well as some good tips for my walking regime. I followed his advice and found it very helpful. I highly recommend Mark at Body Applications. I went in with ongoing calf weakness and hip pain, and after deep tissue massage treatment I noticed a significant improvement in both mobility and discomfort. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood how to target the underlying issues rather than just treating the symptoms. I left feeling much better and more confident moving around again. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back if needed.
I have had a ongoing issue with my back for over 30 years because of 3 car accidents and Mark Waldron physio and massage work is second to none....if you have a painful area, Mark will find it even if you didn't know it was there...Highly recommend Body Applications and Mark!!
