Connie and her team went above and beyond to help me make my sister's Birthday special and unique. My whole family including my mom have been clients at Body and Soul Spa for years and have always been treated with exceptional care, kindness and the best treatments. It was a no-brainer that when my sister's special day came, to get her a gift certificate here.. It's an oasis of calm and serenity and the staff are amazing! Clean and courteous. Highly recommend! This was my first time at Body & Soul. The spa is beautiful and very calm. Justyna, who did a hot stone and scalp massage was awesome! A shout out to Connie and Debbie at reception. A wonderful overall experience and can’t wait for my next experience!

The massage was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic — I left feeling light, refreshed, and completely stress-free.
