Amazing experience with Vanessa. I got a ginger and turmeric scrub and a massage. My skin felt so soft and I've never been so relaxed. I am definitely coming back.
Would NOT recommend! I booked a shellac manicure and pedicure for my mom and I for her birthday. The shellac manicure I received from Body and Soul Spa lasted only 5 days before large air bubbles appeared and the nail polish separated from my nail. 8/10 fingers have been affected so far, and the last 2 are on their way. I called the salon a week after my manicure to ask how long a shellac manicure lasts – to which they said 2-3 weeks. I described what was happening to my nails and even sent photos. I had an amazing facial here! The atmosphere is so calming and the service was amazing - so relaxing and thorough. It was really a treat. Highly recommend.
I'm so happy with the treatments I received at Body & Soul. The receptionist was wonderful. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made great suggestions. Justyna was gave me an incredible neck and shoulder massage paired with the Signature Hydra facial, and the extraction was exactly what my skin needed. I walked out feeling amazing, thankyou!
