Do not book with Simona for a massage. She came into the room twice without knocking to check if I was ready. The whole massage experience was very rushed and not relaxing.
Vanessa is an amazing esthetician! I did the hydra facial and not only did she find issues I experience with my skin, but she taught me how to maintain a healthy skin care routine moving forward. It was so pleasant having Vanessa understand what causes my skin breakouts and how I may improve a better skin routine. Connie was lovely from the very beginning! Body and Soul Day Spa is definitely a cozy & quaint place to renew and rejuvenate oneself. I was gifted a lovely spa treatment for my birthday so I opted for the Olio Essential oils Massage and it was so very soothing. My masseuse was Iryna, she was firm yet gentle in her technique and relieved all the sore areas especially in my neck and shoulders.
