Really top notch remedial and assement massage. Done myofascial release ironing out my body felt the nevres in upper back shooting out the pain for good 🙏🏼. Posture analysed and was no issues there. But we all use our shoudlers with tech so much, had right shoulder tight and lower back left side. Gave tips for exercises also Recommend x100 💯
I regularly have a sports massage, foot treatment and reflexology with Beccy & Dean. Both are extremely knowledgeable and their treatments always leave me feeling refreshed, reenergised and de-stressed. I would highly recommend booking in at Body & Sole.
