I have had a back/shoulder/neck problem for over 3 years. It starts with a stiff feeling between and just under my shoulder blades along the spine and gradually becomes a shooting pain moving to the shoulders and neck and at the worst times would result in a pulsing headache on my right forehead. I recently had a massage with Karen as I had been having severe back pain. Due to Karen's years of experience she was able to locate the pain points and work on them.
