Went there in pain and Brendan explained lots to me and gave me an exercise to do and it fixed my pain almost immediately. So, so worth it.
In only my mid 30s, I ended up with Planta Fasciitis so bad in my feet I could hardly get out of bed to go to work or look after my kids! After seeing Brendan and sticking to his recommendations I now wake up pain free and don’t hobble around all day! This makes suck a big difference to quality of life!! Brendan is welcoming, easy to talk to and explains things so you get a really good understanding! He also looked at my lifestyle and tried to find things that would fit my life! Fantastic experience!!
