I have been going to Body and Mind every week for a year and a half. However, today I was treated unfairly. I accidentally booked an appointment for Thursday and didn’t realize it until I arrived. I was told there were no appointments available for today. When I went to reschedule, I noticed that the entire morning was still open. I turned around and went back in to ask why I had been told otherwise. Very relaxing experience, didn't feel pressured to leave a bigger tip, left melting into our car seats
I have had two deep tissue massages here with two different masseuses, and they were both exceptional. I recommend very highly, the women I have seen were so talented and gifted. We are fortunate to have this business in Newport News. Reasonable prices, with early bird specials. Tip generously as they deserve it! You will walk away feeling that you got every penny’s worth, and then some. And they have a rewards card system! I will be coming back again and again.
I had an absolutely lovely massage and facial! So relaxing and also good level of pressure when she experienced knots in my shoulders. Would highly recommend.
