Purchased a Groupon for my son and his girlfriend. They reported it was the worse experience ever. Rushed through the process. My son identified area of concern that didn’t listen. Dropped hot stones on them never warned them. Just no good customer service and very dismissive.
Strange. No communication about what I needed worked on. Everyone was nice and it’s a very reasonable price, but I would’ve paid more for a more holistic experience. Updated to address their response: Correct, I don’t use my full name when I post on Google for privacy reasons. My appointment was at 11:45 AM on Friday, February 20. Also, I did fill out the intake form online, which is exactly why it was strange that no one communicated to me about what I said wanted worked on.
My husband and I have visited a handful of times, and it’s always the most relaxing and wonderful experience. We have no problems communicating with the masseuses and each has focused on exactly what we need. Highly recommend.
We went for couples massage and Tina and Wendy were amazing! Thank you and we will definitely come back!
