We have been going to Body and Brain classes now for over 11 years. We love the variety of exercises that we are challenged to do which certainly help with our flexibility, strength and fitness. I lost 5kg in my first year. Eva has brought a new enthusiasm to classes. The environment is also a big plus, nice people with loads of support. The variety is the key though, no routines like a gym so we strongly recommend Body and Brain to anyone wanting to have a fun time looking after their well being

This has been so valuable to me recently for recovery from concussion and for de stressing prior to the injury, after a stressful day of work. Ada has been so amazing tailoring sessions for me to accommodate my concussion, the wellness retreat was also inspiring and transformative. I can not recommend this enough.
