I have a lot of complex health issues and am still in the process of investigating many more. Amanda took all of these into account and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I felt seen and cared for. She also helped me to get out of my head and focus on how I can take baby steps to physically help my body in ways that actually help. Very impressive organisation and fantastic team. This was my first visit and I felt understood, and Amanda prepared a great program to get me off to a good start. The booking Highly recommend Body Align Physiotherapists and clinical reformer Pilates. Just did a fabulous weekend class which was very well organised, with excellent content/education; exceptional instructors and value for $.
