I love this place! Gina and Erin are incredible! I see Gina for ALT and Erin for colon hydrotherapy. They have changed my life. I have a whole new lymphatic drainage routine and diet. I have never felt better - more energy, better skin, way more comfortable in my body overall. I had been getting colon hydrotherapy for a few years but I only started ALT this summer. I highly recommend Body Alchemy! I see Meredith regularly for colon hydrotherapy and it’s always a safe, relaxing and comfortable experience.
Gina is a truly gifted craniosacral therapist! I have had three CST/SER sessions so far and each session I experienced varying degrees of release where I could physically feel years of both emotional and physical pain moving through my body and leaving through my head, throat, chest and feet. My first SER was within minutes of her starting her work. These sessions have completely reset my vagus nerve and I feel more grounded, less anxious, and more balanced than I have in years.
