Sterling has helped our whole family. He has helped with our knee issues, shoulder issues, hip issues - basically keeping us moving and pain free, which makes for better workouts and better time/distance with runs. He has also given us great tips for working on areas that need more training, and also helps with better form when training. Thank you! We wouldn't be staying this active without all the help.

A master at true massage therapy. Sterling is patient, understanding and genuinely listens to your problem. I have used Sterling off and on for 18 years.First, my neck, he resolved. A few years later, shoulder and elbow. He resolved, he did not say simply, stop golfing. This is not a pansy massage! You have a problem area. Sterling has the knowledge, experience and ability to evaluate then explain origin & cause of the problem.
