Very friendly and helpful staff with good bikes! Much quieter than other bike shops along the camel trail

Superb customer service. Our bike ride came to an abrupt wobble when my chain snapped! We took my bike to this shop and the chap fitted my chain on the spot. We went on to ride 13 miles without any issues. Thank you!
He's a friendly chap and he does his best but the experience could be a bit more customer-oriented to say the least. Pluses: was able to ring in the morning and pre-book a bike. We got a bike for the day. Downsides: the bike wasn't appropriate for the trail. We were going to Wenford bridge and the trail going north is much rougher than the fine gravel going to Wadebridge and Padstow. He hired a standard head teachers bike which was marked for road and fine gravel path only. He should have known this and offered me an MTB or ... read more
