I used to love this place, been coming here for a long time, but recently they have changed the music that plays over the speakers, and it is ABSOLUTELY VILE. Filled with the worst filth/profanity/obscenity I've heard. Literally the last 5 times straight I've come to the gym, I've had to ask them to change it to stuff that's not putrid. It's so bad it distracts me from my workout. I've left a few suggestions on their suggestion box that they play cleaner, more family friendly music, but it hasn't done anything. Love all their equipment! Friendly staff and they just redid their back turf! Really nice facility and always clean
If your contract says members who move 35+ miles can cancel with a lease agreement, why are you still demanding they pay the remaining balance after providing one? New members beware—they expect you to follow the contract, but they don't.
