I signed up for an annual gym membership subscription service with Bodifi on Sep. 22, 2025 for $1,017.47. I cancelled the service Oct. 1, 2025 because we moved to California and could no longer use the membership. They told me that in order to cancel, I had to come in person and talk to the manager, and I told them I was out of state and I couldn't do that. Signing up is very easy and simple, the gym is decent, decent equipment, enough machines to handle moderate occupancy, staff is friendly. Then when it comes time to cancel your membership for any reason, it hits the fan. Must submit a hand written letter to the company in Utah that handles their cancellations.
