If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after spending $125 and my skin being SO irritated, I wouldn’t want anyone to experience this. I came here for a facial and requested dermaplaning. I have had dermaplaning procedures for the last 7 years and NEVER has it hurt this bad. Amazing experience! This was my 1st facial I had a lot questions, every step and process was explained in detail so I understood! 10/10 I recommend!
I scheduled facials for my teenage daughter and I and Alicia was the ultimate professional. She asked both of us questions about our skin care routines and provided her assessment of what was the best facial for our skin types. Alicia was great. I did lipo cavitation on my stomach and she was so good at her job she noticed I had a bump in my stomach that was hard. I ended up going to my OBGYN and I was diagnosed with a gigantic fibroid which I’m working to get reduced with medication and an upcoming surgery. Thank you for your knowledge, empathy, expertise, and professionalism.
