I've been going to Bodi Kneads for years now and have benefitted from Sophia's Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage massages. Recently, I've added Facial Cupping. I'm in awe of the positive effects on my face!! It reduces puffiness and inflammation, as well as tones the face and improves collagen and elastin production. Definitely a must that I'll be keeping!
I absolutely love the lymphatic drainage massages I receive at Bodi Kneads!!! I cannot imagine what my recovery from surgery would be like without these. Sophia knows exactly what my body needs every time I am there. She provides such a safe space to allow me to let go and heal. I am so happy I found this adorable place and this very skilled RMT.
