An amazing experience from beginning to end. Chris and Allie take you through the entire weekend allowing you to participate or relax as much as you like. No pressure here – the retreat is completely catered for and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I took my husband who has never done yoga before and Chris and Allie took him under their wing and lead him through modifications so he was able to participate at a level that he was comfortable with.
