Life coach Kiki is amazing!!! Coaching sessions are extremely helpful. She helped take challenges and turn them into opportunities. Looking forward to continuing to work with Kiki in the future.
In a time of uncertainty and change, Bodhi Wellness gave me purpose within the teacher training virtual sessions. I found the virtual method to flow as there is this beauty in finding your own sense of pace with the program and in meeting together on zoom to practice our voices and study together. The program wove easily into my day to day life and gave me a sense of community when I needed it the most.
As a distance runner with tight hamstrings and no prior yoga experience, I was able to complete this program with new findings on how not only to continue my new balanced lifestyle, but also advise others into the yoga world! Would recommend for all ages and levels who want to learn new things about themselves and feel better physically in their daily life!
Bodhi Wellness have helped me realise my dream. My dream was to teach the Classic Hot Yoga 26+2 sequence at my local studio. I've nearly completed my 200 YTT. I live in England. My training has been 100% virtual. Ive been supported in finding my confidence and my voice.
