The mums and bubs Pilates classes are amazing! Donna always has a diverse workout that changes every session and creates a class that is friendly and engaging! Both Donna and Kay do an amazing job juggling all the kids and keeping them entertained!
I had a pregnancy massage with Donna at 35 weeks pregnant and it was absolutely amazing! I walked out of there with every part of me (including my mind) feeling so relaxed and calm. It was an hour of bliss and I would highly recommend to anyone.
Started pilates with Donna several months ago and absolutely loved it. I'd never done it before it and was a bit nervous but didnt need to be. It's now become a weekly part of my routine that I wouldn't miss!
Ok this place is the one stop shop for REAL fitness and long term health. I have been attending the Reformer classes twice a week for 6 months, and coming from a gym previously, I can honestly say I've achieved more with Donna in this time that I had with a previous trainer over 2 years!
