Customer service team are terrible. Home care cleaners are great but the service provided by the customer service team is appalling. They need to treat clients with dignity and respect. The customer service team need to actually do what they say they do and not make up stories.
I always have a lovely time speaking with Jasmine Miller from the Services Coordinator team. She's engaged, always listening to my concerns and inquiries. I hope everyone gets the chance to speak with her and receives just as much charisma as she provides me. Thank you again Jasmine!
