I started my treatment this year 2026 and I can say, I am waisting my money and time in this place at winter park location. Must of the time I’ve had to wait more than 20 minutes from my appointment time and today I wait 45 minutes they never call me. CERO customer service ending saying I am leaving with no treatment. I waisting time driving and paying money for the treatment and no result. I called customer service to speak with management and no body call me back. Think before you go to this place
Went to the Winter Park location for body skin tightening and it was a smooth experience. The team in Orlando made me feel comfortable right away and explained things in a way that made sense. My skin already looks a bit smoother and firmer, and I think combining Sofwave with PRX really helped improve the texture too. It felt professional but still relaxed. I’d go back.

I got signed up here for the program to lose some weight and melt away the fat I had from when I was pregnant that didn't want to go away. Rosa was amazing in showing and telling me all the things about coolsculpting and how I was going to learn to eat the right things at the right time. Mid program (extreme transformation) and have lost 15 lbs. Looking forward to finishing out the program. After a month away due to my wedding and the holidays, i have gained a few of those lbs back but I am back on target and determined to reach my goal. The staff. especially my coach Jennifer, are friendly and encouraging. They do want you to reach your goals and are supportive through the process.
