Walked in when with my daughter who saw the clothing on the curb and was so inspired by the clothing that she wanted to go in and look around. It was very clear that we weren't the cleintelle this store was marketed for. We're on the plus size side of things and the size range only goes up to XL in anything we were able to see. I absolutely love this boutique in downtown Livermore! The shop itself is so cute and welcoming—you can tell a lot of thought goes into every detail. I always find something I love whenever I stop in, whether it’s a new outfit or a fun accessory. Alyssa, the owner, is truly the best. She’s so kind, helpful, and has an amazing eye for style. She makes the whole experience feel personal and fun, which keeps me coming back. Highly recommend checking this place out—you won’t leave empty-handed!
I came across this adorable boutique on Sunday when we were waiting for our table for brunch. Cute clothes however, the lack of customer service definitely makes me think twice if I even want to ever return. I walked around the entire store and was not greeted, not even once. During check out, the young lady didn’t say hi, no thank you or even give a smile. Terrible service. There are plenty of options and other stores that have cute clothes and value their customers. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

I love popping in Good Chance I always find something cute there. They have new seasonal items all the time and they carry really cute accessories too. The staff is really friendly and just the overall vibe and aesthetic is fabulous!
