The store manager Zack listened and he asked a lot of questions so we did end up buying a couch from there. And it did make a big difference in helping us clarify what we really liked. Very understated selling which was perfect he gave us ideas and suggestions he was not a pushy salesman at all.
Amazing chairs
Terrible customer service; total and complete lack of communication. After asking again and again they will come up with shady excuses of saying why it is expected that the furniture will be delivered in 20 weeks and not the promised 12 weeks and under. Take your business and money elsewhere. The ownership is also horrible, zero accountability. 18th week and counting and these people cannot even confirm if the furniture is currently in US. Bo concept is good but they overcommit and under deliver. this furniture is only for people who can wait 3-5 months for the furniture, if you are in urgent need then dont believe if they say that oh we are shipping in 10-12 weeks, that a lie, this organization has huge shipping problem and will take minimum 5 months or 20 weeks to give furniture....
