We were excited to purchase our dining table from this company in South Florida. Two years later, all of their local stores had closed. Recently, a guest accidentally damaged our table, and I reached out to customer service to order a replacement part — which I am more than willing to pay for. Instead of receiving help, I’ve been given the runaround: contact this person, email that person, then get redirected again.
