Our experience with BoConcept mirrors all of the recent reviews: false promises of delivery windows, non-existent customer service, wrong items delivered or missing when they finally DO arrive. I consider it consumer fraud to knowingly quote delivery times that they know can never be met. Quoted a 14–18 week lead time when we ordered in January. After 18 weeks, we were told the shipment was arriving at port. Weeks later, we were told it was still in transit and delivery was pushed back again. Delays happen, but constantly changing timelines and vague explanations are unacceptable for a premium furniture brand. Shopping at the Tyson’s store was a real treat. The furniture is beautifully crafted and incredibly comfortable. Shadam was enormously helpful, thoughtful and patient! We are eagerly awaiting delivery of our dining table, chairs and counter stools.
The buying experience was great, and I committed to a custom-designed sectional and a dining set with eight chairs. I was informed that, because the furniture was custom-built and imported from Europe, there would be a long lead time of about four months, which I accepted. However, delivery now does not seem likely anytime soon. I asked the store to confirm ETA in July 2026, but they have refused or failed to act with any urgency.
