This deceptive business is a masterclass in incompetence with zero integrity. Months after placing a furniture order, I was dealing with multiple missed delivery dates, endless excuses, and complete silence unless I hounded them for answers. We got a gorgeous couch from BoConcept. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged - there were two rips on both parts of the couch. We have pleaded with the store for over a year to fix it and we have given up - they kept telling us to wait. I would suggest avoiding them if you can.
I’d love to review the quality of the sofa that I purchased but I wouldn’t know a thing about it because they’ve messed up my delivery twice, wasting 2 Saturdays in a row!!! But have no fear, after countless phone calls, countless non returned phone calls from their incredible management team in customer service and the thrill of getting to explain the situation to at least 8 people over the phone…they were able to reschedule it once again for me next week!!!
