UPDATE: I have been chasing my order after the estimated delivery date has passed. To their credit, BoConcept responds quickly but they have been missing all the updated estimated delivery dates and they do not proactively inform me. There was one instance that they gave me an update on someone else's order with their order details, home address, name, and phone number. The quality of the furniture is truly exceptional—European craftsmanship at its finest, with elegant, timeless design that has completely transformed my space. It was a pleasure to work with Pardis Alipour. She was attentive to our needs without making us feeling pressured. The process was smooth and fast from making suggestions to creating renderings to help us visualize what we would like to achieve. I have not received the products yet but based on the showroom model, the furniture appear to be of good quality and has good workmanship.
