Over our 2 visits to your Harrods store we were looked after by 2 wonderful sales people who were more like friends than heavy sales personnel. Rita & Dariusz. We were taken through all the small details to consider when choosing a sofa. Were never felt rushed or pressurised. Overall a lovely experience ☺️
Knowledgeable and professional service from furniture selection and drawings all the way through to delivery and installation. Rita, in particular was outstanding in the whole process, from countless drawings and patient tweakings, all the way thorough to ensuring delivery and installation went without a glitch. I had a great experience with BoConcept Harrods. Rita provided an excellent service and gave great advice regarding the suitability of the different options. In particular, I appreciated the multiple trips with samples that were done to ensure that the choice of material and colour was suited to the flat.
BoConcept's service as a customer relocating from Mexico to the UK was superb, Darius at BoConcept Harrods was cordial, and so efficient in contacting its excellent technical team to help reassemble my BoConcept furniture that the movers could not put back together. Throughout this process, the quality of the furniture I bought continues to be excellent.
