Great place to find cool design and good prices, I visited the website first and then went to see the actual piece. The service is awesome, very professional. there had to be an overhaul recently.
bad quality – While the staff in the store is very nice and helpful, the quality of their product is rather poor. We bought stacking tables and the finish began to bubble up within several months. They replaced the tables but they have started bubbling again and just it isn't worth hassling again (even though the cost of these tables was rather high for three simple wood tables). BUT worse is the couch we bought. After the warranty ran out, the stuffing on one of the arms began to separate from the frame and started bunching... read more
AVOID--the worst staff!!! walmart has better customer servic – i wish i read the reviews before i bought furniture there.....nice furniture but the worst staff i ever seen in any store....also NO RETURN policy---how can a store have no return policy.... or return within 5 days of placing the order even though you have NOT received the furniture yet---does not make sense--avoid the store!
AVOID at all cost – My experience very much reflects the review above with a customer service being a DISASTER and sales people are rood. Avoid this place at all cost unless you are buying something off the floor and intend to pick it up that day! They have growthly misrepresented the wait time for our custom order. They charge Your card up front and no one ever calls to follow up in several month. When we called the Cambridge store back to follow up, the associate was nasty to put it gently. poor quality and pathetic customer service – my dining table which has a butterfly leaf for extension has a big 1/2" gap when closing and i only like to extend it when i have extra dinner guests. i was told that the extension was brushed steel when in fact it is a paper thin layer of some veneer or foil that is missing several big chunks after opening and closing the table maybe three times. i have only had this table for approx 6 months (it almost took that long to receive it) and they are telling me that is over use on my ... read more
Nice furniture, but customer service is a DISASTER – Yes, Bo Concept's furniture is sleek and well-made, but their customer service is a DISASTER. I ordered two bookshelf units built with their "Basic 3D" system in March 2007. First, the salesperson ordered the wrong parts for one of the units. No one realized this until they tried to assemble it before delivery and found that the pieces didn't fit together.
