Good quality at right price but after sales is appalling Purchased instore at Fortude Valley, great experience Emailed saying order will be late but can split delivery for an extra $200, which I paid immediately, get another email stating it has all arrived but still another month before it will be delivered No split delivery so why I paid no idea, threats of storage charges if they couldn't deliver on their specified date Went into the Valley today to find out how to fit the side arms as no direction in box, all good Asked ... read more
After spending most of the day visiting furniture stores in Fortitude Valley, we finally made our way to BoConcept (it was last on our list simply because it was located just outside the Homemaker Centre). I've wanted to go to this furniture store for ages and from the warm welcoming greeting to the discussion about my needs and the products that Bo Concept had to meet them, it was a great experience. Glenda was incredibly knowledgeable and I trusted her immediately. I live 1000 km from Brisbane and we had to trust that all measurements and colours were correct and Glenda was true to her word - she went above and beyond. Can't recommend this store and Glenda enough. Thank you!
